yeah, well, its been coming a while, just wasnt strong enough to end it myself.

Life sucks BIG TIME...

I've found its not life that sucks, its your way of looking at it that sucks!
(not you personally, people in general)

i have recieved advice that has helped me thru this no end...and its completly turned the tables!

the advice was:
Confide in a friend, things dont seem half as bad once you hear yourself telling the story, but make it clear you dont want advice, just an ear.

change the way you walk. When you feel down with life, you look dow at your feet, hunch your shoulders and basically fuel the feeling that everything is closing in on you. Stand up straight, keep looking round, and smile...even if you dont feel like it! its supprising what your missing, who's eyes you catch, and who smiles back!

these two things have turned my life around, because 2 weeks ago i was alone, i was upset, and i thought the world was against me. i even looked at my now ex and thought i wasnt good enough for her anyways. i've took on the advice above, and its just amazing. Things that would really bother me just bounce off me now, and today i sat and had a conversation with her about her new boyfriend, and felt ok about it! i actually felt pitty! everyone is saying how well i'm taking it, and how they cant understand why i dont call her names behind her back, when she does to me.

Its because i know i'm a better person than her, and that lets me fly well above her!

She may have someone, but i have pride in myself, and i show it! something she wont have for a long time.

im ok, but working shifts, so dont get alot of time with life,
on my days off im with my girlfriend, she found out im a coward when it comes to dentists, had tooth pulled and found an infection, possibly the end of an absys, but getting back to normal now.

simple rule, if you cant fix it, learn from it and move on.

thing about not being able to do things.
Makes me feel stupid.

well some people think im smart,
but there is a lot of things i cant do,
it makes me feel stupid too,

but when something is created,
it might not be 100% compatible whit what we want it to do,

look at Windows Vista,
biggest load of non 100% operating system ever made in my mind.

Been busy over the weekend with stuff
and now it's that time I don't like.
Sunday evening with a long week ahead
until Friday again.

well my working week includes Saturday & Sunday,
i did get last Thursday off and went to cinema to see the 3rd mummy movie
i got this Tuesday off, but not sure what im doing yet.

ohh the mummy movie is better than the other 2 incase you want to see it
