Using Jump Lists to Access Files and Directories

From the Taskbar, Windows 7 has a quick way to access files you have recently used in a program. Simply right click on the program's icon in the taskbar. A list of recently used files will be shown.

You can do the same for web sites you have visted. Right click on the IE icon and a list of recent sites will be shown.

The Windows Explorer will show recent folders you have accessed
