Ouka Chat Server & Chat Client

Ouka is a Japanese program, a little like the old Nushi Chat, it uses RCMS commands,
unlike Nushi, it can also use the /command protocols as well as uses colour,

here is the Latest English version of Ouka 5.70b


Some people like the older version, so here is the English version of Ouka 5.60b



There is also an Ouka Chat Client, again its similar to Nushi Chat, but unlike Nishi Chat, it supports colour and has some custom settings, in an ouka server room it can use ether RCMS or /command protocols
