if you have software you used on XP and want to use it again,
some software is not compatible and will not work,
for some that will, heres how to run them how you used to,
1, "Right Click" the icon you normally use to start the program
2, this opens a menu, in that menu select "Properties"
3, you should see a box open, choose the "Compatibility" tab
4, here you tick "Run This Program In Compatibility Mode For"
5, choose what system the program was made for in the drop down menu
6, click "Apply" & "OK"
then the program runs like it used to.
